Class overview

In our 5th grade class, our goals are to strengthen skills in reading, mathematics, social studies and science.  We will aim to be critical thinkers, to develop a growth mindset and become lifelong learners.  The overall goal of our classroom environment is to be a safe, inclusive setting where we collaborate, share ideas, learn and have fun. 

Our homework will be sent home on Monday, and due on Friday.  I understand that many of our students are involved in extracurricular activities, so I will also accept homework on Monday morning, if extra time was needed.
