BigFuture™ Scholarships are open to all sophomores, juniors and seniors. Completing one or more of these college planning steps automatically qualifies you for a chance to win $500 and $40,000 scholarships. The sooner you start - and the more steps you complete - the more chances you will have to win. Drawings are held every month and your entries each month will be included in future drawings.

Carnegie Mellon Pre-College Summer Programs

The Carnegie Mellon Pre-College programs provide learning and development opportunities for high school students both inside and outside of the classroom. 

Our Pre-College program, which mirrors the undergraduate experience, gives rising juniors and seniors the opportunity to explore their interests while receiving instruction from acclaimed Carnegie Mellon faculty and staff.

Moore College of Art & Design Summer Art & Design Institute (SADI)

SADI, Moore’s premiere pre-college summer program features popular tracks of study including Animation, Illustration, Painting and Game Design. Whether you’re new to art or an emerging artist interested in creating a portfolio, SADI has an experience that’s just right for you.

NSA Student Programs

The application opens Sept 15 - Nov 16. You must apply during your junior year, then you will participate in the program during senior year.

United States Naval Academy Summer Seminar

Current juniors who are considering the Naval Academy as your college of choice, check this out. Summer Seminar will introduce you to life at the Academy, where you will experience first-class academic, athletic, and professional training at the #1 public college in the U.S.* (Top 25 Public College in the U.S. 2017, Forbes). Your Summer Seminar application will also serve as a preliminary application to the Academy that you will complete before or during your senior year.

UMass Amherst Summer Pre-College Programs

UMass Amherst's online pre-college programs are designed to give you a preview of the UMass student experience, including college-level academics and being part of a learning community of high school students from all across the U.S. and the world. They accept applications from current freshmen, sophomores, and juniors in high school. Please note, the Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Technology programs are open only to rising juniors and seniors.
