As a graduation requirement, students must complete 75 hours of service learning from 5th grade to 11th grade.

Within high school, students must complete 40 hours of service learning through specific courses (see below).
Students are more than welcome to complete more service learning time, but on the 75 hours will be recorded on their official transcript.
Students will create an account through the AACPS student portal for service learning. Students will track service learning hours throughout their high school career.
