Talk to your parents about the apps the public library has to offer! They download for free and will provide you with access to a wide variety of reading materials. These apps contain reading material for people of all ages so it's important that you discuss your reading selections with your parents. Wouldn't it be great if you could get everyone in the house involved in some new reading material!?!
For those of you that love manga, AACPL gives you access to manga and all the books you love so much! Overdrive and Libby have lots of eBooks that might interest you and RBdigital has a ton of audiobooks that you might enjoy! Once you download the apps (with your parent's permission) you can start reading right away! Their large selection of print materials, eBooks, and Audiobooks are ready and just waiting for you to check them out! You need a library card to get materials- guess what!?! - you have one! See below to learn about your AACPS SAIL account - it comes free with being an AACPS student!

Students can login and download any book by using their SAIL card! To get a SAIL card, simply add the number 21997080 to the beginning of your student ID number. So, a student with ID # "123456" would have a SAIL card ID of "21997080123456"

Within MackinVia, you will find Tumblebooks!!! Tumblebooks is an electronic resource containing story books, read alongs, e-books, graphic novels, non-fiction, videos, math stories, learning language, playlists, puzzles, and games. Search for Tumblebooks in the Home Page search bar - not in the databases search bar. Click here or on the picture to go to MackinVia where you can then search for Tumblebooks.
