who qualifies for benefits?
All certified employees working in certified positions
Support employees who work in a position (or multiple positions that equal) 6 hours per day, 172 days, or a minimum of 1032 hours per year
Support employees who work 4 hours per day or 20 hours per week qualify for partial insurance & benefits

types of Leave available:
Sick Leave - 1 day earned for each full month worked
Personal - 3 days (unused personal days will roll into sick leave at the end of the school year)
Annual - 3 days (Employee cost: certified $70/day, support .5 daily rate)
Bereavement - 5 days
Vacation - Pertains to 237, 238, 251, and 252 days contracted personnel only
