 Nevada York Rite Annual Grand Session 2026                                                        

Most Excellent Companion Robert P. Peterson, Grand High Priest of the Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons of Nevada, Most Illustrious Companion Michael W. Fuhlendorf, Grand Master of the Grand Council Cryptic Masons of Nevada and Sir Knight Richard Willson, Grand Commander Knights Templar of Nevada invite you to attend the 2026 Grand Sessions on June 7, 8, & 9, 2026 in Elko, Nevada.

The Grand Sessions will be at Stockman’s Casino, 340 Commercial Street, Elko, NV with three days of fun, food, and fellowship, and yes, a little business to be taken care of as well.

On Sunday, June 7, 2026, the Sessions will get underway with our Grand York Rite Memorial Service at 5:00 PM and then a no host Cocktails and Social Hour at 6:00 PM.  The Grand York Rite Banquet and Awards will start at 6:30 PM.  Your dinner choice will be either Chicken or Tri-Tip served as a buffet with a number of sides.  At the Grand Banquet we will informally welcome our special guests to our Grand Sessions, present some awards and have a few words of welcome. The dress will be Red or Purple Coats or the Knights Templar Dress Uniform.

Monday, June 8, 2026, at 7:30 AM, we will be doing the Order of the High Priesthood.  Dress will be Red Coats.

Monday, June 8, 2026, at 9:00 AM we will open with the 150th Annual Convocation of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Nevada to conduct business, elect, and install officers.  We will then break for a Taco Bar lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. 

        The Grand Council of Cryptic Masons of Nevada will convene their 97th Annual Assembly with a  business meeting, elections, and installation at 1:30 PM. 

The evening will feature a Fellowship Dinner at the Star Hotel, 246 Silver St. Elko, NV.  The meal choices will be either Petite New York Steak, Grilled Chicken, or Grilled Salmon served Family Style and includes Homemade Cabbage Soup, Tossed Salad with Star Hotel House Dressing, Fresh Baked French Bread, Basque Beans, Pasta, Green Beans, French Fries, Coffee, or Tea.  The dinner will be in support of the Royal Arch Research Assistance.  No host cocktails at 6:00 PM with dinner at 6:30 PM.  Attire is business casual.

Tuesday, June 9, 2026, the 107th Annual Conclave of the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of Nevada will convene for business, elections, and installation at 9:00 AM.  The Grand Sessions will conclude at Noon as everyone prepares to depart.  Lunch is on your own.

 HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

The Ramada Inn by Wyndham Elko is the hotel for the 2026 Grand York Rite Sessions located at the Stockman’s Casino in Elko.

Hotel reservations can be made directly with The Ramada by calling (775) 738-5141 and identifying yourselves as members of a group (Grand York Rite) with Reservation Code 060626GRA.  Room rates are $110.00 plus tax for King bed and $125.00 plus tax for two Queen beds. The rooms are available from Saturday night through Tuesday night.  There is no resort fee.  The rooms include a voucher for breakfast in the Brand Room (coffee shop).  Everyone will be required to provide a credit card and one night’s room deposit. 

         Room Block Cut Off Date is Friday, May 31, 2026, at 12:00 PM.  Rooms after that date and time will be subject to availability and charged at the prevailing rate.

All functions of the Grand York Rite Sessions will be in the Stockman’s Casino meeting rooms.

ONE PRICE POLICY:

Being a small jurisdiction, we are implementing a one price policy for this year’s Grand Sessions.  The fee for Registration, Banquet on Sunday, Lunch on Monday, and the Fellowship dinner will be $175.00 per person.

REGISTRATION:

Please print the attached Registration Form and fill it out carefully or download to your PC hard drive and use Adobe Reader to fill in the form and print (Our preferred method so that the form is legible.)  Please print all information requested and payment in full must accompany your registration, NO EXCEPTIONS.  

         Registration deadline, May 31, 2026.  Reservation’s post marked after the deadline date will not be accepted!  We must confirm meal counts with the hotel on that date.  No meals may be ordered after the cutoff date, NO EXCEPTIONS. So please make your reservations early!  All registrations with payment in full must return to:

Registration will be in the hotel and will open at Noon on Sunday, June 7 and remain open until 5:00 PM.  Registration will open on Monday morning at 7:00 AM. and remain open until 1:30 PM.
