Basic Requirements
· Chinese and English names, or either Chinese or English name of the company
· At least one Shareholder and Director, Corporate Shareholder and corporate director are permitted
· At least one Individual Secretary with residential address in HK or Corporate Secretary with registered / business address in HK
· One registered address in Hong Kong
Required Information
· Original or Certified True copy of ID card or passport of shareholders and directors
· Registered address of the company (Our Company could provide such service)
· Original or Certified True copy of the ID card of the Company Secretary. For Corporate Secretary, Original or Certified True Copy of Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate is required (Our Company could provide such service)
Time of Registration
· Registration of a limited liability company (requires about 7 working days)
· Purchasing a Shelf Company (requires about 2 days working days)
*Company Kit Set include: 20 books of Articles of Association (1 page Cover and 8 pages Content), 20 pieces of Share Certificate, Company Seal, Signature Chop, dia 22mm Small Circle Chop, Green Box and Statutory Book.
Remark: The above services fee is charged based on standard YATA package
Application procedures for setting up Hong Kong Company
1. Please kindly fill in the basic information into this Form, and email to info@yata-as.com.hk or fax to (852) 3521 0587. We will reply and give you invoice within 1 working day. All information should be kept strictly confidential.
2. Settle the payment
3. Notify us for the payment or send us the deposit slip by email to info@yata-as.com.hk or by fax at (852) 3521 0587
4. We will prepare the documents for your signature within 1 working day upon receiving the payment.
5. The Company will be incorporated within 7 working days after documents signed.

1. Make cheque payable to “YATA Accounting Services Limited” and post to our company address – Unit A, 19 Floor, Times Media Centre, 133 Wan Chai Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong; or
2. Deposit directly or transfer by cash, Counter services, ATM or e-banking directly to our bank account of “053-082988-838” at HSBC.
