The Wyoming State Crime Laboratory is a multi-disciplinary forensic laboratory.
Forensic science refers to the examination of crime scenes, recovery of evidence, laboratory examinations, interpretation of findings and presentation of the conclusions reached for investigative or intelligence purposes or for use in court.

Crime Scene Response Team - The primary role of the Crime Scene Response Team is to provide assistance in crime scene processing when requested. This includes documentation of the scene using photography and FARO 3D scanning, assistance in the collection and packaging of evidence at the scene, and specialty examinations as needed.
