The Devon Waugh Memorial Fund supports growth of knowledge and expansion of opportunities through an annual scholarship available to residents of Peru, Maine. Further information about this scholarship, available to any Peru resident applying to an accredited educational institution, can be found on this website, including a link to the application.

Devon lived in Peru most of her adult life. This fund is designed to provide others with the some of the same opportunities that Devon experienced and supported others in pursuing.
