If you have workplace issues you should exercise your rights and join a trade union. Many complaints need to be reported within certain legal time limits so seek advice early. This NWU website Know Your Rights gives a lot of useful information to help you understand your rights at work.

You have the right to join a trade union
You have the legal right to belong to a trade union. The employer cannot stop you!
Join the NWU
Fill in the Application Form and return it to the National Workers Union.
Paying your Union dues
You need to keep your Union membership up to date. Here is some guidance on how to pay your union dues to the National Workers Union.
