Here's a small remodeling project where Wolf Creek helped the owner greatly increase the value of his investment while working within a very tight budget.

Gutted to the studs, this tiny cottage was completely renovated and updated with an urban, contemporary theme. After completion, the owner was able to double the monthly income on this investment property.
