Week of November 5th

11/05: Calvin Cycle. Homework Chapter 7 review due tomorrow

11/06: Beginning cell respiration

Homework: BZ respiration packet and Respiration lab protocol graphic organizer (or flow chart).

11/07: We've done a lot of lab work over the last few days, and will do more next week. What do you need to do, and what am I going to look at?

1. Photosynthesis lab

-Complete a less detailed "write up" following my write up guidelines IN YOUR LAB NOTEBOOKS. Include the graph(s) and answers to the questions in the lab packet, but your "what we did", "what happened" and "what you learned" sections to not have to be in as much detail as most of you typically write.

2. Respiration Lab

Follow the same guidelines as above for Photosynthesis

These will be due a week from next Tuesday.

3. For this Tuesday, design a lab for either photosynthesis or respiration- include

a. The introduction (background)

b. The Purpose

c. The Methods

You will have the following at your disposal:

All the lab equipment we've used for the photosynthesis and respiration labs

CO2 monitors- measure CO2 levels in a container

Different seeds
