"Rather than money...than fame...give me truth...."The Wild Truth"

Ms. Palmer-Guest has been teaching for 20 years; this is her 12th year at BFUHS. She earned her undergraduate degree in Speech Communication and Drama at Emerson College and a Masters of Arts in Teaching with a concentration in English and Multicultural Education from the School for International Training. She has had many opportunities teaching and studying among diverse settings and abroad. She has studied and traveled throughout the Netherlands and Europe, in Southern Mexico, Ecuador and Peru. She strives to expose students to the world around them, thus encouraging them to share their own life experiences and explore the diverse cultures of the world through literature, the humanities, and travel. This year Ms. Palmer-Guest is teaching AP English Literature and Composition, English 10, English 9 Honors, English 9, American Literature, and an English Tutorial. Not only is Ms. Palmer-Guest a committed teacher, she is also a committed wife and mother of two children.
