About Me

My name is Drew Mannes and I have taught at West-Lyon for 17 years. I have taught High School Mathematics for all of those years. Although I did teach 1 year at West Sioux. I graduated from the University of Sioux Falls in the year 2000, were I did play baseball for all four years and earned 1st team all conference my junior and senior year.

I have been married for 19 years to my Wife, Jodi, and we have 2 children. We live in Harrisburg. Our oldest, Ruby, who attends Harrisburg High School as a freshman and is deeply involve in the music department there. Our youngest, Holly, attends South Middle School in Harrisburg and enjoys playing softball and volleyball.

My hobbies included fishing, fishing and even more fishing along with a bit of hunting. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy watch Duke Basketball on TV and some day hope to see them play a game at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
