Student Engagement and Experience
What we do
The Student Engagement and Experience department aims to provide a welcoming, friendly and efficient customer focused service to deliver Admissions, Enrolment (cashiering) and Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), also support Marketing and Curriculum activities to convert enquiry and applicants to enrolment.
Admissions
The team is responsible for processing applications received through college website, drop In and telephone, we also organise interviews throughout the year and log/send out offer letters on Pro Solution.
Enrolment
To carry out a full fee assessment, enrolment and cashiering service, Enrolment queries, Change of details & update Pro Solution, Processing payments over phone, Log Refund request.
The Learner Information Service has qualified/trained, helpful and friendly officers, who provide impartial support to for existing students and members of the public in all aspects of their journey.
Whether an answer to a quick question or one to one advice is needed, the Learner Information Service is here to respond and help all learners achieve their goals.
