Be a part of a lively and growing, student-centered and education-centered drama program in a small high school setting!

Technical Director needed to support our student technical crew for the 2025-2026 season. This position requires background knowledge in technical theatre (lights, sound, construction, run crew) but is also instructional in nature; daily supervision, mentoring, and teaching of students are significant components. The educational nature of our program is important to us, so students (rather than adults) ultimately run the light and sound boards, move set, etc. during performances. This position requires strong people skills, organization skills, and some flexibility of schedule. Some background in stage management preferred but not required.

This position may be split into multiple smaller positions as needed and based on interest of applicants. Feel free to message us here or to email us at hsdrama@wilsonareasd.org for more information. See the district website for full application requirements (wilsonareasd.org); clearances are required.
