The deadline to register to vote for the March 3rd Presidential Primary is Wednesday, February 12th at 8:00 PM. The Town Clerk's office will remain open that evening.

Absentee ballots are available for any voter who will be unable to cast a ballot on Election Day. All requests must be made in writing and received in the Clerk's office no later than noon on Monday, March 2nd. There will be 5 days of Early Voting for all residents who prefer to cast their ballots prior to March 3rd. It will take place in the Town Clerk's office from Monday, February 24th - Friday February 28th from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. . There will also be special Early Voting session at the Harper Center, 118 Church Street on Wednesday, February 26th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

The 2020 Dog licenses are now available in the Clerk's office. The fee is $5 if neutered/spayed and $12 if not. All dogs must have proof of a current rabies vaccination before they can be licensed.

Nomination papers are currently available in the Town Clerk's office. The following seats will be on the ballot:: 2 Selectmen for 3 year terms; 2 Library Trustees for 3 year terms; 1 Housing Authority for 5 year term; 1 Housing Authority for 4 year term, 1 Housing Authority for 2 year term and 1 Planning Board for 5 year term. All papers must be filed with the Town Clerk no later than Tuesday, March 24th.

Also, any resident who has not yet returned their Annual Street Listing should do so immediately.
