The Aging Mastery Program, AMP for short, is back! AMP is an award winning , cutting edge program designed to enable older adults to make and maintain small but impactful changes in behaviors leading to more satisfying lives. Guest speakers will present seminars on topics including sleep, exercise, hydration and nutrition, financial management, long term planing and medications management among others. The sessions are each 1.5 hours in length, run for 10 weeks from March 15th until May 17th and is free. Healthy snacks are included!

The WCOA will host Williams senior Isabel Benjamin and Professor Laurie Heatherington on Wednesday evening, January 14th as part of Ms. Benjamin's honors thesis project "Attitudes and Holistic Well-being". Benjamin will be administering an anonymous 15 minute survey to participants designed to collect the unique points of view of older adults vital to the understanding of this project.

The event begins at 4:00 with pizza and should take about an hour from start to finish. Contact the COA at 458.8250 for information.
