Balloon test - proposed Verizon tower

Hi All

Just letting both the ZBA & PB know. There will be a balloon test for the Verizon Tower on Tuesday December 12 from 9 am to 1 pm. I plan to drive around town and photograph the proposed tower's visibility from multiple locations during that time frame.
