Representatives from Berkshire Gas to present regarding potential easement across Town owned land at WES to locate a regulator station. This ultimately requires a Town Meeting action, so this is being presented in anticipation of a special meeting later this year. Map and images attached as well as a draft easement that has been reviewed by counsel. At this point, the intention is to introduce the idea, answer any questions and to lay the groundwork for a future warrant article (again, with the understanding that representatives of Berkshire Gas would be the primary presenters).
