BUILDING

The Building Department responded to multiple Building Code violations over the last two weeks. Enforcement action was taken against Vangaurd Modular buildings for unpermitted work on the Williams campus. The Department responded to a neighbor complaint regarding work on 430 Main Street. Demolition work had begun on site with no permits. Inspectors were also sent to Sweetbrook Nursing Home on complaint from the Fire Chief. Unpermitted work was ongoing at this site as well. The department is working closely with each property owner to remedy these issues.
