PopCares 5K and Fun Run

Hi Debra,

I am a board member for PopCares, Inc., a local non-profit that supports

cancer patients and their caregivers in Northern Berkshire County. We

would like to request permission from the town to hold our 4th Annual 5k in May

fun run on Saturday, May 7, 2016. I have reached out to Chief Johnson and am

and he has confirmed the availability of the police department support for the event. Registration

begins at 8:45 and the race will likely be done by 11 with clean up

completed by noon. I have attached the map of the route.
