Service Hours Form

Service hour forms must be SIGNED by the sponsor and are due to Ms. Wilson in room A104 WITHIN 30 DAYS of completing the service.

Fall Semester Opportunities

• October: Blood Drive
  • Must bring in a snack and sign up 10 donors to work the blood drive
  • For every 1 donor you sign up, you will receive 1 service hour
  • If you work the blood drive you will receive 8 service hours

Spring Semester Opportunities

• February --March : Pennies for Patients Fundraiser (1-2 hours of service granted for participating)
• Yard Sale
