General Announcements:
Don't forget to return your emergency card to the nurse. It is important that all students have an emergency card on file
The PTO is selling William Floyd lanyards for $1.00. Stop by the 6th grade office to purchase a lanyard and show your Floyd pride
Attention all students who are leaving their instruments in the hall...Please do not leave your instrument in the hall outside of your locker during the school day. Instruments larger than a flute or clarinet that do not fit in your locker must be stored in the band or orchestra room. Speak to your band or orchestra teacher if you have any questions about where you should you keep your locker
Breakfast is available to every student, every morning to ALL STUDENTS. Start your day with a good breakfast at William Floyd Middle School. Stop by the breakfast cart to pick up breakfast
Sports:
Any Student who is interested in playing any sport during the school year
must be registered on Family ID and cleared by the Nurse.
Any 7th and 8th girl who is interested in playing field hockey should see Ms. Doherty in room 417. the first practice is on Wednesday, September 8th
7th and 8th graders interested in playing football should attend a meeting on Wednesday, September 9th at 2:30 in the gym
Boy's Soccer tryouts begin on Wednesday, September 9th at 2:30 in the gym. You will be taking the 5:00pm bus home
