About the Teacher

Hello, my name is Ms. Tepper and I am an Earth Science teacher at William Floyd High School. I am also a William Floyd High School Alumnus, class of 2010. While I was in high school, played numerous sports, including track, cross country and gymnastics. If you have any questions or want to get involved, just ask!

After high school, I double majored at Dowling College in Earth Science and Adolescent Education which I completed in 2014. I began working at Floyd immediately after graduation, so I guess you could say I have always bled green. I received my masters degree from LIU Post in Educational Technology in May of 2017.

Outside of the classroom, I love to travel. I enjoy spending time during the summers in California, but there is nothing like the east coast. My favorite place I have ever traveled to was the Galapagos Islands in Ecuador; you will get to see those pictures soon! I have a serious love for football; Eagles football. I will try not to rub it in too bad throughout the season, Giants fans.

You will learn so much more about me throughout the year, and I cannot wait! I am looking forward to such an amazing year.
