Weekly Homework

CLassroom Homework Policy:

Homework is an important part of our classroom learning. Students need continued practice to master skills and form healthy learning habits to meet the demands of middle school and beyond.

Homework is assigned Monday-Thursday, sometimes Friday.

Students will copy down their homework each morning in their agenda book and get it initialed by me. Parents must sign their child's Reading Log daily.

It is your students responsibility to complete their HW to the best of their ability. If there is any reason for a student not completing their homework or if homework took more than an hour, please write me a note explaining the situation.

School-wide Homework policy:

3 missing homework assignments in one month will result in disciplinary action (i.e. loss of Free Time, Recess, lunch detention, after-school detention, etc.) . Students, parents, and teachers, will work together to address any issues regarding Homework.

Missing homework can be handed in the following day without penalty :)
