Auditions for our spring musical, Grease, are January 8th. 

ALL WHS STUDENTS ARE WELCOME!!!

AUDITION DATES/TIMES:

Wednesday, January 8th, 3:30-6:00 Dance Audition (for everyone) 6:30-7:00

Callbacks Wednesday, January 8th, 7:15-8:45 Call back list will be posted following the dance audition.

-If you are unable to attend auditions, but would like to audition for the show, please reach out to us for alternate options at warren@wcusd15.org

Please wear or bring comfortable clothes and appropriate shoes for the dance call. You will learn a 30-second combo to be performed in a small group in front of the production staff.

REHEARSALS:

Rehearsals run M-TH from 3:30-6:30 OR 6-9:00, beginning with a read-through on January 16th.

*We know schedules are hectic, and you may have conflicts with sports, dance, clubs, vacations, work etc. Please take the time to list all conflicts on the audition form. When one cast member is missing from rehearsal, it affects the others in the show, the productivity of rehearsals, and ultimately, the final product! Conflicts are a huge part when considering roles for cast members.

TECH WEEK REHEARSALS:

Our first mandatory tech rehearsal will be on Sunday, March 9th. Tech week then runs the entire next week, March 10th-March 13th, starting at 5:30 pm, leading up to opening night. TECH REHEARSALS ARE MANDATORY!

Available Roles:

We are looking for a cast of approximately 20-22 actors (17 principles and 3-5 additional ensemble

members). Because of the large number of roles in this show, many principles will double as

ensemble members. We will be using cast members from WJHS to fill in missing roles.
