Senior Army Instructor: Major (Retired) Victor Aguilar

Major Victor Aguilar has been teaching JROTC at WHS since 1995. He retired from the United States ARMY in 1995. During his service, he has been stationed in the following areas: Fort Hood, TX; Fort Lee, VA; Fort Polk, LA; Fort Sill, OK; Honolulu, HI; and overseas in Augsburg, Germany. He has served as commander of two firing batteries, Operations Officer (S-3), Software Development Project Officer, and a DPA Site Manager. He has also been an ARMY and ARMY Reserve Pacific Recruiting Commander.

Army Instructor: Sergeant Major (Retired) Keith K. Castaneda

The 2011-2012 school year marks SGM Keith K. Castaneda's third year teaching at Waimea High School. His work experience includes Senior Operations Manager, Senior Installation Operations Manager, Education Course Manager, and also the Senior Reserve Officer Training Corps (SROTC) Instructor in Oregon State University. He was a Community Service Volunteer in El Paso, TX, and a School Service Volunteer in Kekaha Elementary School.
