Waiver

We will be playing games in the woods. As such, playing will be at your own risk. Anyone wishing to play will need to complete and sign (or have their parent/guardian complete/sign) the release from Liability form. We will have blank forms available at the event or you can download (below) and complete the form ahead of time.
