Volunteers are needed throughout the year in many areas. If you have your clearances, we would love to have your help.

How can I help?

HASA sponsors many fundraising activities and social events throughout the school year. Through the volunteer program, HASA organizes parents in their efforts to support our Catholic school. We invite our new and existing parents and families to become active members of our Home and School Association. HASA success depends upon continual parental involvement. We have many volunteers working on committees throughout the school year and with daily school activities. We are always looking for people to help us on our various committees throughout the school year. We want YOU! Volunteers are amazing people who donate their time to help all of our children get the most out of their education at Visitation BVM School! Volunteers are essential! Volunteers are needed during computer class, in the library, art room, for homeroom parents, for class trips, during field day, at school dances, and more. Please see the Volunteer Registration Form for required training (live/virtual but filling up FAST) and clearances. All completed paperwork and/or questions regarding clearance renewal is to be directed to Mrs. Nora Anne DiLemmo (nora.dilemmo@visitationbvmschool.org).  

How do I become a volunteer?

Once you have filled out the Volunteer Registration Form and obtained all your clearance, you can become a school volunteer! Please fill out the Volunteer Committee Form to sign up for any and all committees you would like to be part of. There is a Committee Chairperson(s) listed for each activity and a brief description of time commitment and asks of each committee. Our events are made possible with the help of our volunteers and parents. Please consider sharing your time and talents with the school to make for a successful year. We have opportunities for you to volunteer during the school day as well as after school hours at various events.
