Welcome! I'm Mrs. Nicely, the school counselor for grades K-6. This is my 5th year as the school counselor at Waterloo Elementary! I was also a student at Waterloo, so I know a lot about our community. I am married, I have 2 children, and I have 2 dogs, 2 snakes, and chickens.
