1. Tree of Strength...

http://creativityintherapy.com/2017/04/tree-strength-art-directive/

2. Another activity you can do is to draw a sunflower!

In the center of the sunflower write the words - "I can cool off by..."

Then on each petal you can write a way to chill out, for example - get a drink of water, take deep breaths, listen to music, etc

*I know things are topsy turvy right now but we will get thru this together.

I have emailed to let you know what I expect of my students during this crazy time.

Please continue to work on your classroom blizzard packs and check in with your teachers - we are all here for you!

*Continue working on the three on going assignments I have given in addition to any packed you may have received from me...

1. Read, be read to or listen to stories for 20 minutes everyday - storylineonline.net is a good source

2. Get out in the fresh air for at least 10 minutes - even if you have to stand under the protection of your porch or garage roof - cosmickids.com/kids is a good source

3. Be kind to one another - remember this is tough on everyone - so be kind
