Welcome

The Physical Education Department at Cabrillo Middle School believes a physical education program must be more than a period of free play; it must be a learning experience for students.

Our goal is to increase the fitness level of our students, and to give them an opportunity to learn about and enjoy the lifetime benefits of a healthy lifestyle through physical activity and wellness.

We hope you will become familiar with this outline and with our program and policies.

Sincerely,

The Physical Education Department

Physical Education Make Up

Directions: You are encouraged to do 30 minutes a day of some kind of physical activity.  Activities can include: your weekly PE unit, walking, jogging, running, biking, swimming, walking your dog, playing basketball, dancing, skateboarding, Darebee Workouts @ https://darebee.com/workouts.html or anything that requires you to move your body.  If you are not sure that an activity will count please feel free to email your Physical Education Teacher. The students will need to goto the google form and record their activities. Once the student submits their progress, the P.E. teacher will use the form to record the progress.
