I want to start by thanking every single one of you who came out and tried out for our basketball program. Your effort, energy, and willingness to compete made this one of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make. That speaks to the talent, character, and heart each of you brings to the gym.

I know tryouts can be stressful and the results aren’t always what you hope for, but I want you to remember this: moments like these are opportunities. Use them to grow, get better, and fuel your work. If you truly love this game, keep showing up, keep grinding, and keep believing in yourself.
