RENTALS: *Deposits on all rentals only required if reserving ahead of time.

• DAY USE - $10.00 per person per day (Utopia/Vanderpool resident exempt TXDL required).

• Tent Camping - $30.00 per day/$30.00 deposit

• RV Camping (Horse Pasture) - $50.00 per day/$50.00 deposit

• RV Camping (Shaded & Screened Shelter) - $50.00 per day/$50.00 deposit

• Screened Shelters - $50.00 per day/$50.00 deposit

• Concession Stand - $35.00 per day/$35.00 deposit

• Park Tables - $25.00 per day/$25.00 deposit

• Dance Floor - $50.00 per day/$50.00 deposit

• Paid Events – Arena - $100.00 per day/$100.00 deposit – Lights $10.00 per hour

*Fishing is free to the public, unless you are picnicking.

Park Hours – Seasonal – Sunrise to Sunset for motorized vehicles

Events – All event rentals at Utopia Park shall continue no later than 1 a.m.

Tenant has until noon the following day to clean up rental areas.

Foot Traffic – 24 hours a day with the exception of paid events.
