Physical Skills & Individualized Lifetime Activities START HERE
Welcome to our class! I would like to introduce myself, so here is a little about me. I am so excited to have you with me for this semester! I look forward to getting to know each of you and helping you achieve your goals! You can expect to have a great time learning to implement the course content you will be learning online.
There are two parts to your P.E. class. The first is your online coursework which is 50% of your grade. The remaining 50% is for your physical activity log. You must complete 40 hours of physical activities during your time in this class. You may choose your activities. Running, basketball, football, biking, swimming, hiking, walking, weight lifting, yoga, Zumba, etc. are acceptable. You may complete these hours at your own pace, but sooner is better since it influences your grade.
