Children's Literature

This English credit elective offers students an opportunity to explore Children’s literature by reading a variety of children’s literature novels (beginning children’s books and advanced children’s books) and exploring aspects of literature and story that pertain to this genre. Students then compile what they have learned and write their own children’s book.

Students will need to be able to get copies of the books they choose to read from a local library or other source. Novels are NOT included in the online materials.
