Welcome Our New Superintendent 

On behalf of the Conway Springs Board of Education, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to every member of our staff and community who actively participated in the process of selecting our next Superintendent.

Your engagement, thoughtful input, and dedication throughout the hiring process were invaluable. The level of interest and commitment demonstrated by our community truly speaks volumes about the strength and quality of our district. We were fortunate to have a field of excellent candidates, which is a testament to the highly regarded reputation of the Conway Springs School District and the wonderful community that supports it.

We are now pleased and excited to announce that we have selected Mr. Jeff Sells as the next Superintendent of Conway Springs Schools.

We look forward to officially welcoming Mr. Sells and his family to the district and to the Conway Springs community. We are confident that he and his family will make a wonderful addition to the Cardinal family. We are excited about the leadership, vision, and experience he will bring to our schools and are eager to begin working with him to continue moving our district forward.
