PHILOSOPHY
Our goal is to have fun while learning about Cross Country, and while improving our fitness and skill levels. Cross Country is a sport in which personal achievement is just as important as team achievement, and by improving yourself you improve the team. Everyone will try in all of races/meets. Together, we will decide who is on what team and put you in a spot in which you can BEST succeed in.
PRACTICES
Attendance will be taken at practices, and you must attend practices to participate in meets.
We have practice every day from 3:45 to around 5 o'clock . On Friday practice is in the mornings from 6:30 to around 8 o'clock.
