Kayte Falk was born on December 9, 2008, to her parents Josh and Sarah Falk. Kayte is the oldest in her family and has three younger siblings Breckan, Jace, and Paisleigh. Kayte has lived in Leona, Kansas, and has attended Doniphan West her whole life. The Falk family has numerous pets, some of which are their cattle dog Angus and cat Midnight.
At school, Kayte participates in Stuco, Kay Club, volleyball, basketball, and dance. She likes to read fiction books along with several other genres. Kayte’s parents influence her the most because they always encourage her in everything she does and make sure she is always doing the best she can by practicing sports outside of school and doing her best in school. Kayte looks up to her grandparents because she has seen they have been very successful in their lives and she would also like to push herself to be successful like them.
During high school, Kayte plans to attend HCC Technical Center. After high school, she then plans to attend college at Kansas State University or somewhere in Hawaii working towards a career in design. Kayte would like to stay around the Doniphan County area for a few years when she graduates from college but if she would like to move in the future, she would like to move to Charleston, South Carolina.
Kayte is very active outside of school during the school year and in the summer. During the school year but not during school hours, you will probably find Kayte at a basketball game, dance, or playing club volleyball with the Atchison Attackers. During the summer Kayte enjoys going to Seneca to see her cousins, doing summer sports, hanging out with friends, and swimming at the lake or anything that is outdoors.
Kayte and her family love to go on many vacations. She can not just pick her favorite, so her top three vacations that she has been on are Yellowstone National Park, Jamaica, and Hawaii. Kayte loves to spend time in the warmth outdoors and at the beach, but she also likes a getaway to somewhere not as beachy and in the mountains like Yellowstone and Colorado. One of Kayte’s favorite memories is when she first learned to ski in Wisconsin during her 8th grade year.
