Stetson Diveley, junior, and Kenzie Mathewson, sophomore, work together as the assistant director and stage manager within the play. They were left in charge when their director supposedly left for Mexico. What really happened is that Diveley's character locked her in the trunk of his car because he wanted "artistic control" of the play.
Sydney Smith, wearing the B, explains to Annaka Haynes, that Haynes is the child of two incompatible musicians, a banjo player and a xylophone player.
During the Little Men and Surrealism part of the play, Summer Smith and Alexis Billington (who were playing the part of males) and Kole Franken and Ethan Nuzum represent the female characters in the novel "Little Women." The song that was performed during the scene was "Dress Them Up in Drag."
Playing the typical characters in a melodrama, Alexis Billington, Annaka Haynes and Kaitlyne Chadd laugh with the audience when their complicated family relationship is revealed. During this scene "Melodramas in 60 Seconds" Tia Randall claimed she could sum up the plot of all melodramas in a one-minute song.
In a bit of the show called Scene Work, Kole Franken parodies the story of "Frankenstein" with a Frankenchicken.
In the "History of Theatre: 5000 Years in 5 Minutes," Tia Randall becomes a creature from "The Iliad" and "The Odyssey."
