After junior Alyssa Amos graduates from high school she plans on going to college for nursing. She is currently working on getting her CNA and plans to continue on to be an RN.

Something that is always on Alyssa’s mind is going home and taking a nap. “Every day at school I ask at least every teacher if I can take a nap,” Amos said. 

Alyssa never actually takes the naps that she asks about. She actually waits after school for her brother to get out of football practice, and while she waits she goes to a friend's house and works on her homework. Alyssa’s favorite thing to do outside of school is hang out with her friends.

Alyssa says that she has six siblings, five brothers and one sister. 

“Them kids are monsters but I love them all, kinda,” Alyssa said. 

Alyssa states that a talent that she has that is useless to her is that she can pop her toes constantly.

Some people may not know this but Alyssa commutes 20 miles one way to school every morning. “Sometimes when I am driving I actually annoy myself, but so do Krystina and Landen.”
