A pep rally with cheers, dances, and candidate games ended the Friday Winter Royalty activities.
The pep rally started off with the cheerleaders doing a dity to ¨' Y'all all ready for this¨ and then a cheer and a stunt during which they lifted Elle Williams and Claire Cole into the air.. Then senior basketball player Myah Olson gave an inspirational speech.
Next it was time for candidate games. The first game they played was where the boys had pantyhose on their head, and the legs of the pantyhose had balls in them that were used to knock water bottles over. Once they got to half court, the girls were on scooters and they had to use a toilet plunger to paddle their way to the other side of the court. Naomi Libel and Jacob Lackey won that game.
For The next game, the girls had to dress their partner up as a älien by using green streamers¨ Kalab Ridout and Joscelyne Keller were declared the winner of that game..
The last game was a Jello eating contest. The blindfolded boy candidates raced to feed their girl partner green Jello.Libel said, ¨I'm not the biggest fan of jello, so I'm glad Jacob dropped half of it on the floor.¨ Keller and Lafe Blevins won that game. Then awards were announced for the wall decorations. The freshmen won with a balloon wall that had the words “Were not only out of your league but outta this world!”¨ Ava Gladhart said she personally thought the wall looked the best and the balloons definitely gave it a pop.
Next the dancers came out with an outstanding performance. Then cheer and dance ended with the fight song and that concluded the 2021 Winter Royalty Pep-rally.
