Getting power may be a big problem, trying to get wires up a tree and covering those wires, it can be done but it is a lot harder. Living in a tree house would also be different and cool. Although you would get some weird looks you could always count that you will have the weirdest house in your neighborhood.
Solitude would get a lot nicer living in a tree house. You wouldn't get bugged as often and door to door salesmen would be a lot more fun to watch. Safety would also be nice, flood and post-apocalyptic events. With you being high off the ground would save you from floods and zombies. It would also save you from burglars--trying to climb up and down a tree house with your bigger stuff won’t be fun.
Living in a treehouse would also be more eco-friendly than a normal house so you would also be saving the planet when living in a treehouse. You would get out a lot more if you lived in a treehouse because it would make it easier to get out and about and it would get you fresh air.
Service would be a lot harder to get expressly if you live in more of a forest. Accessibility would be a big problem. First, you would have to build a separate place for your cars and to get up and down the treehouse with ease is hard and it would be a safety risk getting there and would so slow.
Living in a would cost a lot more than a normal house and it would. First to get plumbing and heating which are also problems it would cost so much to get all the stuff to build the treehouse.
