VI-th year students!
The documents that have to be brought until 21 st of June at the Secretariate for registering at the final exam are as follows:
- 2 copies of the THESIS (one copie has to be signed and approved by the coordinator). The coordinator has to write on the first page of the thesis that he/she agrees with the thesis;
- 1 CD with the PDF thesis (on the CD has to appear the name of the studnet and it has to be sticked on the back cover of the thesis). I suggest you to stick the CD on the thesis that is approuved by the coordinator;
- please don't forget about the statement for copyright material. This documents has to be the last page of the thesis and has to be filled in by each student;
- the Skills book (fully signed);
- the Registering document for the final exam ("Fisa inscriere licenta").
Another important thing:
THE UNIVERSITY'S COUNCIL HAS DECIDE THAT THE STUDENTS WHO WILL STILL HAVE RETAKES AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER FOR THE FINAL EXAM IN JULY, WILL HAVE TO MAKE AN EXTENTION DEMAND IN THE ATTENTION OF THE FACULTY'S COUNCIL (AVAILABLE ONE YEAR TIME AND ONLY ONCE).
ALSO, THE STUDENTS IN THIS SITUATION CANNOT PASS THEIR RETAKES IN SEPTEMBER (BECAUSE IN ACORDANCE TO LEGISLATIVETEMS THEY WILL HAVE ANOTHER STATUS - THEY ARE IN "EXTENSION PERIOD") AND WOULD BE ABLE TO PASS THE REMAINING EXAMS ONLY AFTER THE BEGINING OF 2018-2019 ACADMIC YEAR - NAMELY IN THE FIRST RETAKE SESSION OF 2018-2019 (PROBABLY NOVEMBER 2018).
IF THEY WILL PASS ALL THE REMAINING EXAMS, THEY CAN REGISTER TO THE FINAL EXAM FOR JULY 2019.
THE STUDENTS THAT HAVE PASSED ALL THE EXAMS BUT FOR VARIOUS REASONS WILL NOT REGISTER IN THE FINAL EXAM FOR 2018, WILL BE ABLE TO REGISTER FOR THE FINAL EXAM SESSION ON FEBRUARY 2019.

10.00- Official opening of the academic year- Aula Magna USAMV Cluj-Napoca
11.00 (11.30?) Meeting of the freshmens with the management team and year tutors- Rectoarate Building, near the Secretariate
Students from all years should register themselves at the beginning of the academic year by filling this form that has to be handed over to Secretariate (mrs Diana Pop)
