ELC Group, a leading global CRO, is currently looking to hire an Associate Project Manager – Regulatory Affairs to join its team in Cluj-Napoca, RO. The ideal candidate would be native/fluent in English with at least a BA/BS, preferably in lifesciences, or with a relevant experience and education history.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

·         Assist the Project Manager with the client communication coordination of various Regulatory Affairs projects

·         Keeping abreast with the latest Regulatory Affairs directives, guidelines and regulations and sharing the information with the Project Management Team

·         Cooperating with colleagues across our international offices to ensure that quality in all projects is consistent

·         Follow current SOP guidelines regarding procedural steps throughout the entire life cycle of the

project. Ensure that the steps are accurately completed in order to provide high quality services

·         Ability to multitask and prioritize many different types of tasks having various timelines, in order to ensure compliance with deadlines and legislation requirements

·         Maintain highly organized records of all correspondence and documentation relating to each

individual project

·         Participate in ongoing professional training to keep skill level and knowledge up-to-date

Requirements:

·         Project management background is a plus

·         EU and/or US Regulatory background and experience is a plus

·         Other languages are a plus

·         Leadership qualities are a plus

·         Ability to work under strict timelines

·         Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and work assignments

·         Good attention to detail

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Ability to work within a multicultural fast paced environment

·         Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

·         Thoroughness

·         Conceptual and analytical thinking

·         Critical information seeking and concerns for standards
