Important Information

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. All participants MUST register for V-SMS2021 via E-Registration google form.

For certification purpose as listener/presenter, all registered participants MUST:

a. register on the day of event using registration ID at:https://forms.gle/ZSWdt37EeBfpGwAv6

b. attend opening ceremony and Keynote Speech (1) or at least 1 Plenary (link for attendance will be given during the speech)

c. attend 1 parallel session (morning or afternoon). Link for attendance will be given during the sessions.

d. fill in the feedback form: https://forms.gle/z8g8ntWEANwihNLX7


  1. One Parallel Session is limited to maximum 25 persons per room session.


  1. The Chairman and presenters must login to ZOOM 10 min BEFORE the session begins.


  1. The host controller (HC) will admit the chairpersons and presenters to enter each session. HC will only accept participants with the correct ZOOM Username format. Watch the YouTube tutorial video on how to rename ZOOM Username:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yx8mLR76ukA


  1. Chairperson Task: Invite presenters and moderate Q&A session.


  1. Any inquiries from participants are only allowed via Zoom chat box to HC where ONE question will be selected and delivered to Chairperson for Q&A.


  1. Allotted presentation time for Oral Presenter is 10 minutes (8 minutes recorded video+2 minutes Q&A)
