My Philosophy in Teaching

-The teacher's Role at the university level is the facilitator of learning, s/he should act like a coach to guide when needed. The teacher should train the students' to think instead of providing them with information. A good teacher should use diverse learning activities to make sure the students have achieved the required learning goals stated in the course book. Then different assessment tools are used to check whether the students have met the target.

-Technology can never replace teachers but a teacher who uses technology to support learning is better than the one who does not use it.
