My Philosophy in Teaching
The fruitful educator knows and gets it understudies, how they progress and learn. I am mindful that understudies effectively develop and change their claim information based on past encounters and earlier learning. I am too mindful that understudies don't all learn within the same way or at the same rate. I accept it is my duty as a educator to be an viable diagnostician of students' interface, capacities, and earlier information.
