Teaching

At the College of Veterinary Medicine, I am teaching two courses namely;

1. Histology

2. Embryology

3. Forensic Medicine

4. Pathology

My Philosophy in Teaching

  • My personal goal for my future classroom is to challenge students and watch them grow to their full potential. In my classroom, I want students to have self-determination that allows for expression and creativity. Students should be able to experiment with likes and dislikes and to realize their strengths and weaknesses. After this base is developed, the curriculum can be shaped to tie in each student’s learning style.

  • One of my goals is to use preventive and supportive behavior strategies more than corrective.

  • Another goal I have for myself is to be objective for all the students. From my educational experiences, I know how respected teacher encouragement and motivation is for personal motivation. I intend to motivate students while teaching them to be intrinsically motivated through challenging yet supportive lessons and duties. In addition to the stated hours of teaching and the requirement to examine, the Lecturer will be required to perform a range of duties for the College, including participating in college mission.
